First game of 2023 for the Banshees saw them taking the initiative and raining down a flood of tries on Hartlepool from the off.

Played at Mackinlay Park following a well deserved Xmas break, the visitors were overwhelmed by a series of tries scored by Geoff, Billy and other members of the squad.

Hartlepool came back with a few tries, and kept a good account for themselves, but the hard work and determination from Redcar proved too much for the visitors.

An amazing example of Redcar rugby sent a clear message that we are here, we are Redcar, hear the screams, hear the warning of doom, the Sea Banshees are coming for you.
